With the continuous development of the fan industry, there are more and more types of fans, and blower is one of the common types. In addition to providing basic ventilation effects, blower also surpasses other types of fans in various aspects. So what is the working principle of a blower?

A regular blower has the following working principles:

1. Working principle of rotary blower:

Exquisite in structure, it generally consists of six parts: motor, air guide, fan body, air chamber, base (dual-purpose oil tank), nozzle, etc. The eccentric operation of the rotor offset from the cylinder sucks in, compresses, and exhales air through the volume changes between the four blades in the rotor slot. During operation, the pressure difference is used to automatically send lubrication to the ignition oil, which falls on the cylinder to reduce friction and noise, and avoid gas backflow in the cylinder.

2. Working principle of centrifugal blower:

A blower usually has a high-speed rotating rotor, and the high-speed movement of air is driven by the blades of the rotor. The centrifugal force causes the air to flow from the involute shaped shell to the outlet of the involute blower, and the high-speed airflow has a certain wind pressure. New air enters from the center of the casing for replenishment. In fact, apart from air compression under centrifugal force, the working mode of a centrifugal fan is similar to that of a centrifugal ventilation fan. Usually, it needs to go through several working impellers.

The basic principle of fan adjustment is to change the performance curve of the fan itself or the external pipeline network. At runtime, the working point depends not only on its own performance, but also on the characteristics of the system. As the resistance of the pipeline network increases, the performance curve of the pipeline becomes steep.

3. Working principle of Roots blower:

Roots blower is a positive displacement fan that is proportional to the airflow and speed it delivers. Compared to a two bladed impeller, a three bladed impeller uses two blades for suction and exhaust three times each time, reducing gas pulse, reducing load changes, increasing mechanical strength, reducing noise, and minimizing vibration.

Easy to use, easy to maintain, low cost, and long service life. The fan motor is directly connected to the impeller, with a gearless speed increasing device, no mechanical contact, no lubricating oil system, no wear and energy loss, reducing maintenance costs, and achieving a power transmission efficiency of over 95%.

Each impeller is always kept in the correct phase by synchronous gears to avoid contact phenomena, thus it can be high-speed, has a simple structure, does not require internal lubrication, runs smoothly, and has stable performance. It is suitable for various purposes and has been applied in a wide range of fields.
